Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! It was very conveniently located to everything and had everything we needed! We had 6 adults and it was very roomy and we loved the downstairs area with the pool table! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We rented this property for a cheer competition with another family. Accommodations were great and fit the bill well for 2 couples traveling with 3 girls. Everyone had space and the property was situated in a good location to all the area attractions without being on the main strip.

Clean and convenient

We absolutely loved our stay in this new townhouse. It was so comfortable and very clean. It was also so convenient to the convention center that was hosting a competition for my daughters. And still close enough to visit Pigeon Forge too! We would absolutely love to stay there again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Perfect Rental

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our family vacation, it had everything we could need except for a travel crib, but we knew ahead of time from the accurate rental listing so we brought our own. Nice and quiet area really close to the strip, would absolutely stay here again. Property Manager not very responsive but otherwise a perfect Rental.

Amazing experience

Christmas get away

The property is in an outstanding location if you don’t want to be right in thick of things. In no time at all you can be at great attractions. I loved the layout of the home. Nice and open in the common areas. The decor is extremely up to date. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Quick trip to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge

We took a 2-night trip to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood and a few other local attractions. This property was excellent for our stay. The location is really convenient to Dollywood and also provides quick access so many other attractions without being in the middle of the traffic. The game room with the pool table provided entertainment when we weren't out and the garage parking was really nice, especially in colder weather. The listing is very accurate, so you can be sure you are getting what you expect!

Modern comfort close to everything!

One of my mom friends and our three teenage girls stayed in this modern, spacious townhome while in the area for a dance competition at the Sevierville Convention Center. The host is professional and attentive, and the home has attention to details that make your stay easy and fun. Our girls enjoyed the double bunk beds, as well as the game room. The home is in a great residential location, but close to everything! We will definitely return!

Mountain vacation

My family recently visited Sevierville. The house was the perfect amount of space. The location of the condo also fitted our needs perfectly. My only complaint of the property would be the overall cleanliness. The floors were very dirty and we ended up cleaning them ourselves as we had an 11 month old that was crawling. Kendall did respond quickly and corrected the issue for us. She also stated that she is using a new cleaning company. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Ripken Experience Tournament

My son and I came into town for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience Ballpark. The condo location was great. We had two other travelers who were supposed to join us but had to cancel their plans due to illness so the space was way more than my son and I needed. But its a fantastic condo. My 12 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the basement. The garage was a huge bonus since we had to leave for the ballfield so early in the mornings and there was frost. No need to deice the truck before we left! The bedrooms were very nice and well appointed. The gas fireplace came in handy on our first chilly night in town. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. If we ever head back to the Pigeon Forge area we will certainly check for availability for another stay.

Beautiful townhouse

Beautiful townhouse overall. The house was very clean. It did take a little longer to get to and from town, but that wasn’t a big deal. The stairs were not ideal for my 2 year old, but I knew there were stairs when booking. The doors wouldn’t shut all of the way/lock, so it was hard to keep my child from going down stairs.The closet in one of the rooms upstairs was locked, so unfortunately one guest did not have anywhere to hang their clothes. I loved being able to park my car in the garage. The couches and chairs in the living room were more aesthetically pleasing than comfortable unfortunately. In the welcome book it says there are dumpsters for trash and there were no dumpsters to put our trash. I messaged the owner once before our trip and once during our trip and never received a reply regarding my messages. It was a beautiful home, and the cleanliness definitely outweighs the cons.

Nice place and garage

Great location, new buildings, very modern and new. Would have been 5 star rating however check in was supposed to be at 4pm the cleaners didn’t show up till 2 mins before 4pm. After a long drive ready to check in without a delay. Said it would be 45mins to clean it. Check out time is 11am so should have cleaned it within the 5hrs not a short clean the sheets and quick job. Impossible to clean it all in 45mins. My young children’s feet was black where they hadn’t cleaned/mopped floors. Suggested to owners to get a different cleaning service with such a nice townhouse. Would stay again based off amenities my family and I usually need when coming yearly to Pigeon Forge

Clean, quiet, and convenient!

We traveled down as a family for a dance competition at the Leconte Center, and wanted a place with space that was not in the middle of the tourist traffic and commotion, but close enough to activities and dining. This place was perfect. We loved the NFL Blitz retro video game and the pool table, and loved the three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms even more! Having three teenage girls, this was amazing! The location was also great. About ten minutes to most of the attractions and the event center, and about 5-10 minutes to Dollywood. I also loved that I wasn’t surrounded by all the traffic, which made driving to places so much more relaxing. I have to say the beds were very comfortable as well! The only minor critique was the thin insulation that didn’t soundproof noise from upstairs or from neighbors. Not terrible, but definitely could hear muffled sounds from next door. We usually sleep with fans so it wasn’t a big deal for us, plus everything else was so great about this place, so definitely not a dealbreaker at all! Plenty of towels and kitchenware. Lots of space, and very clean! Great TVs too. Will definitely book here again if we have another dance competition in Pigeon Forge!
