    This amazing, river side condominium in the heart of Pigeon Forge will provide you and your family the best of everything in the Smokies! Enjoy the stunning mountain views above, and Little Pigeon River below. Take a dip in the pool, or soak in the adjoining hot tub in the summer, and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the fall and winter. Take in a game of pool in the gameroom, or work off those pancakes in the workout room. River Place offers a nearby elevator, so you don’t have to lug all of those suitcases and groceries up and down stairs!

    River Place is a short walk to the Iron Forge Brewery. Less than one mile from the Parkway, River Place guests will enjoy tranquility and quiet, while being very close to attractions. The Apple Barn is but a short distance way, where guests can catch the trolley to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and even Gatlinburg. No fighting traffic and paying for parking!

We loved staying here! We had 3 adults & 3 kids and it was perfect! It was very clean and had a beautiful view. Close to town, but tucked away just enough. Easy check in and quick reply with the owner when we asked to extend our stay! Will definitely check here first when we take another trip!

Awesome location, perfect for our family of three. Plenty of space for everyone, and the tub in the master bath was excellent for after a day of Pigeon Forge activities!

Great condo and grounds. Beautiful setting on the river. Perfect location in quiet area yet close to Pigeon Forge activities. Only drawback was the owner put 75 degree limit on lowering the A/C and 75 is much too warm to try to sleep.

The condo was clean and the location was great. Quiet area, but still close enough to everything. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a short trip, but this would definitely be a great place to stay for a longer trip as well!

The stay was perfect. The location was wonderful for taking a weekend away without the kids this location was the best we’ve found. So peaceful and beautiful. I do recommend leaving a pen with the guestbook as I wanted to sign inside and I didn’t have one available. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway.

Rod Run weekend

We had an awesome time. We always come up for Rod Run and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. We love that its secluded enough to be able to relax but also still being close to everything. We loved that it was super clean, had an extra utility room with anything extra you may need and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will be back!

Quiet location, but close to the parkway. The walls are very thin though and you can hear every word of the neighbors conversations and television. First of all there were not any negatives about this condo. It was clean, nicely stocked with everything you might need, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, the location is very quiet but still very close to everything. Caregivers get away!

My family have been caregivers for our parents and aunt and uncle since 2015. Now that journey is over, we loved The River Place to rest and relax . The location is awesome and the the condo was reasonably price for this area in the fall season. We had plenty of room and just a peaceful getaway. I think just a suggestion and feasible, it would be great to have a small basket of treats r gift cards for a dinner for the first night of stay. Just a thought! But thank u for allowing us to unwind and refresh in your condo!

Great location, very quite and easy access to condo. This is our 2nd time to rent this one.The only thing I would like to see done better is cleaning and new sheets. Night table glass and wood tops very dirty had not been wipe or windex. Toliet in master seat was almost off. My husband found screw drivers in laundry room and tighten it down. Toliet had black ring around the top not brushed in along time. Shower head in master if you turn off to far it is stripped and drips all day. So you have to make sure you stop turning all the way to keep from dripping.

Great location, but was hot.

Great location. Very clean. Thermostat has to stay at 75 which wouldn’t be so bad if there were more than one ceiling fan to keep air circulating. However it kept changing at night and it would be 82 when we woke up. We were only there for a couple days so we didn’t see a need to call anyone and complain. Pool is small for the amount of people around. Game room could use some updates. Area is nice. The river behind is very nice.

Good place to stay

The place was nice. The not allowed to change the temperature below 75 was rough since it got warm inside especially if you cooked. So maybe being some fans. With it being in the summer and the temperature being over 90s some days. It just got too hot inside. Also for a whole week we only got one garbage kitchen bag. In which if you’re going to cook or if your party is 6 people that’s not enough for all the trash that accumulated. Couldn’t find extra trash bags so I guess make sure you bring extra. Other than those two things the stay was nice. The area was great. Pool was nice. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything you saw in pics from listing were accurate. Enjoyed our vacation stay.

Dollywood visit

Our stay was great minus a couple minor things. There was some dirty clothes left behind the master bedroom door from previous guests which was kind of gross. Also, one of the recliners had a nail sticking out of the top of the chair and it kept catching on our clothes whenever we would walk behind it. It actually ripped through 2 shirts. You can tell where it keeps scratching/scrapping up the wall so I'm not sure why that hasn't been fixed. The location of the condo is great and off the main road but still super close by to all the fun things. You'll definitely need to bring fans if you like to sleep cold because it did get very warm in there as we were not able to adjust the temperature. Overall we would stay here again!
