Close to Dollywood and easy to navigate the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The property has nice amenities and was well managed. Great spot for a family vacation.

We so enjoy staying there. We plan a trip every year at the same time and after 5 years we still haven’t seen everything. We love Dollywood and Stampede so it’s always a must. Accommodations were great, perfect for our family, close to everything. No problems checking in, everyone very courteous.

We loved the location of the condo! Right in the middle of all the attractions. Short ride to Cal Ripken (which we were there for) Great condo, no complaints other than our jacuzzi tub did not work, and back sliding door didn't function correctly. Would recommend and would stay there again.

I loved everything about this condo, from the size and space of the condo to the great location. It was close to everything. We could literally see the Walmart from our balcony. Concierge was so nice and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Heavenly Smoky Mountain Summer

Cautiously trusting the pictures and description of Family Heaven, on-line, my husband and I booked accomodations for ourselves and my husband's visiting family from Italy....7 in all! It did not meet our expectations....it WELL exceeded them!!! Everything was clean and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains, and plenty of on-site activities for all!! Also, the staff was great! Truly wonderful from start to finish!!

Great place to stay that is clean, comfortable, and close to all the local attractions from Dollywood to Pirates Voyage and the main strip. The condo comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, dishware, washer/dryer, TV’s in every bedroom and living room, a balcony, and more. We would definitely stay here again in the future! The only issues were the location of the closest parking lot for the building we were in (Building 27) is located near the peak of the hill and is very sloped. Be careful getting in and out of your vehicle. In the room the dishwasher was broken but that was a resort issue not Vrbo and we reported it on checkout.

We rented two units for our family to gather together and could not have been more pleased! The rooms were very spacious and the units had all we needed. The master suite is separate from the other two bedrooms giving adequate privacy. We loved that there was a jetted tub in addition to a large separate shower in the master suite. Washer and Dryer is always an added bonus! We loved the arm bands that unlock your door and were pleased to be able to give them to each of our adult family members. The dining table seats a lot! We were able to celebrate birthdays all together in the living/dining/kitchen space and not feel crowded. Check in on the property was seamless and each person we encountered was so friendly and helpful! Oh… and the popcorn at check-in! Yes, please! We booked thru VRBO with Koala and could not have been more pleased! We will be back!
