As you enter the 57 acre farm with 1/2 mile of river frontage in downtown Sevierville through the tree gate, you will wind along the road to your "treehouse". Your luxurious "Red Room" awaits you at the top of the log rope bridge. Opening the door reveals a king-size bed, white leather loveseat, red leather tantric couch, St Andrew's cross, sexy artwork on the walls, large French doors opening to a large deck with hot tub and gas firepit. The expansive shower is built for fun! Walking distance to restaurants in downtown Sevierville. Convenient to the interstate, Soaky Mountain, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and Gatlinburg. Stay on the farm and relax with your toes in the river or floating down it with the provided chairs and tubes or underneath your treehouse in the shade on your egg chairs. Close to Soaky Mountain, Dollywood, Anakesta, Gatlinburg, Titanic Museum, Five Oaks Outlet Mall, Bass Pro, downtown Sevierville.

Amazing Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice! Peacefully located close to everything you need and private at the same time. We will be returning for may more trips. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gas stations. Gate provides privacy behind locked entrance/exit.

Romantic Getaway!

The property absolutely exceeds the expectations of the listing. Such a relaxing weekend with my Husband and I. Fully equipped with everything we needed and even had things we had forgotten. Peaceful location but still close to all the attractions and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable and the double doors to the deck made for such a beautiful view while relaxing in bed. We will most defiantly be back!

THE place for couples in the arae

Everything you want and more to connect/reconnect with partner and have an enjoyable stay in general. Treehouse is extremely comfortable and inviting, with almost any amenity needed for regular and “adult” activities (plus a couple of surprise touches as well). Location by the river is great and could have spent all day there. Location in the general area also helps to access other routes to avoid some traffic. There are only a couple of things we had issue with but nothing that would keep us from renting again (TV placement is very awkward as well as would prefer some blinds/curtains on the upper windows since the early morning sun lit up the room when we were there). Those minor complaints aside, it’s a 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to go back.
