If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and still feel like you are nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you’ve ever stayed. This is one of three units in a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet holler right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you’re deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You’ll be snoozin’ about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the Parkway! Check in his contactless and we will message you a door code prior to your arrival.





We own about 5.5 acres with a total of 9 units and nothing else so you are guaranteed peace and quiet.

Incredible stay!

Everything about this stay was so amazing. This is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Hosts communicated very well and we had zero issues during our stay. Location is amazing as well. Just about 10-15 min from all of the main pigeon forge tourist things!

Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was simple. Property is close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. We stayed in a triplex but the only time we heard the neighbors were when they closed their car doors. I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked through the door

The property was very clean, felt very homey , we really loved all the extra added touches with Christmas decor, and the fact that there was full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, just blew us away, i would recommend this Vrbo to anyone.

Breath of fresh air

Beautifully peaceful spot to stay. After going to different places during the day it was always lovely to get back *home* . Great place also for our dogs. Would totally recommend booking this place if you need to get away from it all, but also want to see the tourist attractions.. It is a win win here.

We booked this trip at the last minute for a quick Anniversary Trip. The property was lovely at the end of a quiet neighborhood. It was updated, clean, and very functional. My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs - we had planned on staying only one night, but decided to stay an extra two nights because we were so comfortable there! The unit was super clean, super cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was super easy and pleasant…in my opinion, the location is great - super quiet and close to everything the area has to offer. My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days and wanted to relax in the evenings in a tranquil place, yet be close enough to Pigeon Forge for shopping and fun during the day. Sunnydale Holler was the absolute perfect spot! It was immaculately clean and so peaceful and comfortable! Everything was so nice, and clean. Everything we needed was provided when we arrived. Questions were answered promptly and Kim and Logan were very helpful when called.
