    THE GAME ROOM
    Detached from the main cabin, so the noise stays where it belongs. Shuffleboard, arcade games, darts and a shelf of board games. This is what rainy afternoons in the Smokies are for.

    LIVING AND KITCHEN
    Open living space with Smart TVs and electric fireplaces. Fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill outside, and two separate dining areas so a group of 8 actually sits down together.

    OUTSIDE
    6-person hot tub and a wood-burning fire pit.

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
    - Getting here: flat, paved residential street. No steep grades, no gravel, no hairpin turns.
    A car is needed but nothing special about the drive.
    - Parking: flat and level, room for multiple vehicles including trailers.
    - Check-in: self check-in, no meeting anyone on arrival.
    - Hot tub: drained, sanitized and refilled between every stay, which is why it may still be
    warming on your first night. If you want it hot on arrival, message us and we will time the
    refill around your check-in.
