On the property, you'll find the cozy home that has been completely renovated and updated! The bright interior has plenty of windows to enjoy the spectacular wooded view, cute coordinating furniture around a large TV for movie nights, a spacious full kitchen with all the cupboard space you need to store your snacks, and plenty of communal space to carry on great conversation. Don't forget the side deck that has a grilling area for the fun American holiday meals! Get competitive and challenge your friends to the fun arcade game of Pac-Man in the corner or the foosball table. The home has three comfortable bedrooms and spacious, tiled bathrooms with updated showers and vanities as well as a tv in all three bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find an intimate area to watch a wall-mounted TV while curling up by the electric fireplace. This space also boasts a kitchenette area! There's a walk-out patio with a covered porch where you can sit in the rocking chairs and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with the sunset. A two-story playhouse provides endless fun for little ones!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
