3Bedroom, 2 Bath Luxury Condo perfectly located near Tanger and across the Parkway from Walmart. Right beside the new cinema. Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. The condo has room for eight guests and has all new furnishings. A new washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master and second bedroom have king beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. We also offer another 3 bedroom at this same location...VRBO # 489441and a 1 bedroom VRBO # 806887.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our communication with the owner was great and check-in was easy. We had easy access to The Tanger Outlets and Dollywood. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Close enough to the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and The Island. I think my husband was ready to make an offer on the place and move!!

Holiday Getaway

Everything about this property was exceptional! The location is central to everything from dining to shopping, but nestled quietly away from the main thoroughfare. Each room was immaculate and comfortable and this was the first property that had plush, comfortable towels that were not white! I will definitely be back during the spring/summer months for another visit!

This condo was perfect for our vacation needs. It was conveniently located (super easy to bypass strip traffic going to Dollywood). Plenty of room for 4 adults and two small children! Very clean and having two king beds and a queen was great! Would definitely stay here again! Great place - great trip!! Will recommend to all our friends!

Fantastic condo

This condo is situated in a wonderful location providing a beautiful view and easy access to shows, shopping etc. Condo was updated and very clean. Owners were very easy to work with and we will definetly be going back!

Great place to stay!

The condo was in a great location and was excellent! We had plenty of room for myself, my daughter and her family and we all enjoyed our stay very much. Doug was easy to work with and kept me updated as needed. For fun things to do this year we did Pink Jeep Tours to go up in the mountains and Midget wrestling which was a hoot!

Ladies' PF Shopping Trip

Another ***** stay @ River Crossing--we LOVED the fifth floor/corner unit. It's a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with new flooring and a wonderful balcony/view! The location is perfect--quiet area overlooking a creek/parkway and mountains. It also has easy access to get to Walmart and the parkway. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect!

We spent a long weekend to experience Winterfest with our adult children and our granddaughter. The condo is well furnished and I was surprised that we didn't have to go y. The andplenttoweproperty is in a very convenient location.

Sweet and Easy

The condo was easy distance from fun and necessities. Close to hiking in the Smokies, a reasonable distance to the Sevierville Conference Center and super close to Walmart. The condo is as very clean and well stocked. The elevator made it easy access for our son in a wheelchair. The balcony overlooks a stream and you can watch the ducks while you relax with your morning coffee. We thought the condo was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this condo to someone and we would stay there again.

Another great stay at Riverside Condos

We have stayed in this condo high rise several times in two different units and this visit was just as great. Centrally located, but off the main parkway with amazing views from the balcony and a pool for cooling off in! We always feel safe here and appreciate the spaciousness of the 3 bedroom unit.
