1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Luxury Condo perfectly located near Tanger and across the Parkway from Walmart. Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. A new movie cinema just open right beside the property. The condo has room for four guests and has all new furnishings. A washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. We also offer two other 3 bedroom condos at this same location...VRBO 489441 and VRBO 660593.

Anniversary Condo

We love staying in this condo. The anniversary condo is the name we have given it. It is so beautiful, and has all the comforts of home. Being so close to everything, we love this location. Hopefully, when we visit next year we will be celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary.

Jeep Invasion Trip

Great condo!

We had a great stay here. The condo has been remodeled and is even more beautiful than the pics now. It was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Very close to everything, but just out of town enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The pool and river in the back were very nice. Great communication from the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the condo. The condo is beautiful and is conveniently located near attractions. We loved the fact that we could get to Dollywood/Splash Country by taking the back roads versus battling traffic on the main strip. Perfect size for our family of four. Will definitely book again!

Nice place

To be a 1 bed 1 bath, it had plenty of room. It was comfortable. Location is great for shopping. Loved the coffee maker. Loved not having to bring towels,linens, or toilet paper.and paper towels. I didnt do any cooking but its nice to have that option.Great place to stay!

Great little condo, perfect location

We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was the perfect little place to spend the weekend. The Bork porch overlooking the river was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. Extra pillows and blankets were nice. Seller was quick to respond.

FANTASTIC

This property was very clean and well maintained. It is in a great , quiet location . The river behind the property makes for a quiet, peaceful setting to sit on the back patio and have your morning coffee . You may have some visitors as you sit there, the ducks love to come up to the patio and hope for a treat. I highly recommend staying at this property. We have stayed here more than once and have never been disappointed. Doug is a wonderful host and takes pride in his property.

Couldn't ask for much better. Clean, quiet & as advertised. Adorable 1-bed 1-bath condo on the ground floor with close access to an outdoor pool & hot tub. Plenty of parking. Updated & impressive design & decor. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Washer/Dryer & even a box fan in the closet. King size bed was super comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Large tvs. Nice ground floor balcony overlooking the river & morning visits from the neighborhood duck family. Far enough away from the bustling 4-lane to be quiet, close enough to be at Walmart in minutes & walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings. Well lit outside for safety. Would highly recommend
