Our go-to place to stay in Seviereville. We stay here for our two annual trips to Cade’s Cove. Great location and the condo is always clean. The owners are great to work with and their communication is excellent.

Clean condo in an awesome location. Just off the beaten path but could not hear the traffic on Parkway. Great communication from host. Bed, shower and tub were all super. Looking forward to staying here again! Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a weekend trip

This was the perfect rental for our weekend getaway! Great location with easy access to the main strip. Room was exactly as pictured, so nice, clean, and quiet. We just felt at home here. Soaker tub was also an awesome added bonus after long days of walking! Host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would recommend and stay here again, 10/10!

Great Spot

This property is right off the busy strip, so you’re still close to everything. The unit was clean. They even provided an extra fan for sleeping at night. I would stay here again.

Great little getaway!

Great location for everything we needed and wanted to do! Very clean condo, quiet, quick communication from owner, super easy check in/checkout. The bathroom was spacious and the soaker tub with jets was a fantastic bonus! Loved seeing the ducks every morning at the river while sitting on the back porch. we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub- the pool is small but clean, deep, and the fountains kept the kids entertained lol. Overall, 5/5 stars from us!

Great stay and great location

The condo was great for our weekend stay. Everything was clean, organized and updated. The parking lot was well lit as well as the hallways. View was nice of the river off the balcony. Only 2 complaints I have are the elevator smelled like dead fish and in the bathroom, there isn’t a place to hang towels after your shower. Other than that, we would stay here again!!

Quiet retreat

This is a beautiful condo, overlooking quiet stream. Wonderful screened in porch with comfortable furniture. Extremely clean and well furnished! Everything we needed was there. Owners are very communicative! Will be back for sure! (Bed was very comfortable as well as the reclining loveseat)

Very clean!

I was very pleased about the upkeep of the condo. Nice touch with the electric fireplace. The outside of the complex could use some work. Concrete up to our room very dirty and stained. Elevator smelledxluk fish and dirty. I was worried until we walked in our unit. Was a game changer when we walked inside. Location was perfect!

We where so pleased with our stay. From checking in to checking out everything was as it's stated. The condo is beautiful decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the balconyand the fireplace that added a cozy finish to our evenings while watching movies.

Perfect little place

This was the best of both worlds. Close to activities but not in the middle of chaotic traffic of a tourist town. It was quiet and well maintained.
