"As a family of campers our daughters were a little worried about wanting to camp with our tents in a state with bears are present. This place was PERFECT. Us adults were still able to enjoy the peace and quiet of camping without the stress of set up/tear downs and our girls felt comfortable since it felt more like a house. "Charming motel. Our room had a lovely private balcony. A table and two chairs made it easy to eat a quick dinner in the room as needed and the balcony was excellent for morning coffee. The hotel was very quiet. My only trouble was that the air conditioner had an old-fashioned dial control and it was hard to get a comfortable temperature dialed in. I had to turn it down much lower (i.e. warmer) than expected or else got too cold at night. This is very minor and I am anxious to stay at this hotel again in the future."
