Relax in our comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo on stunning Seven Mile Beach. The condo is located on the ground floor for easy access and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the condo has a washer and dryer. Free WiFi and cable is included and discounted boat charters are available to complete the package. Sunset Cove has the largest freshwater pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail bar. There is a wading pool for toddlers and a whirlpool hot tub. Charcoal grills are available by the pools. There is great snorkeling right off the beach and the man-made cove protects the beach from erosion. Communication with host was excellent, property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach was perfect. The location was close to town and had a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Excellent coffee and breakfast spot right next door. Great value !

A nice place

Very nice condo, the rooms were as pictured. It is a bottom floor room with multiple routes to the beach. The room is located about a 1 minute walk away from the beach, the beach was never crowded and was clean during our 7 day stay. We will be returning.

Nice place in a perfect location

You cant beat the location of this property on the south side of 7 mile beach. there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance and plenty to do. the property itself is great and had enough room for our 6 person party. The first floor location with kids was key for easy trips to the beach and pool. The breakwater was also perfect for the little ones to enjoy the Beach. Michelle and her Husband Leslie were great to deal with. We will be coming back.

The property was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. Super clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants was great. The bar by the pool was super convenient and the food there was very good if you need a quick bite. What really impressed us was the cleanliness of the property and the island as a whole, as well as the kindness of all the locals. Would definitely return.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach. We did not rent a car and were able to walk or take the bus wherever we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Nice, quiet place. The week after Thanksgiving was quiet and peaceful. The beach at the condo is small but quaint. We did rent a car and go the the Governors beach and another public beach along the seven mile stretch. The water was perfect, clean and clear. My only suggestion is to have maybe 3-4 beach chairs in the closet for if guests want to go the other public beaches so they have chairs (renting can be expensive)Overall a very pleasant time. Will be returning to Caymen because of its lovely water and beach

Pleasant stay

The beach and lagoon are gorgeous. It was convenient to have the little restaurant at the pool for quick snacks. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and in a convenient location. WiFi and aircon worked great Unfortunately the grounds of Sunset Cove were not kept up well and could use an upgrade. The pools and bar area were surrounded by cracked concrete just like the parking lot. There were many dead plants and foliage all around the complex.

Great condo unit and area

So we arrived about an hour early and nonissue just getting into the condo with a door code preset to the last 4 digits of my phone so easy to remember. Unit was clean and well provisioned with beach towels, sand toys, everything for basic cooking, ect. We dropped our stuff and headed to the beach. As this beach area was sheltered, it was perfect for our 7 YO. We had a rented a car so easy to get around the island. Even without we were in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, ect. The pool was better than most with a separate play area for infants. On the opposite end was a swim up bar that was not crowded, in part since Margharitaville went out of business. The host Michele was fantastic!! Very helpful and quick to respond to our basic questions. Since there wasn’t a back to back guest after us, she allowed us to checkout much later than normal which was perfect since we had a later flight at 5:00. Overall, for only being there 4 days, our experience was really wonderful. We would come back here versus our usual stays, from now on.
