This ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Wonderful place, we will be back!

Close to everything, your the island, visit all the different beaches. Pool is very nice, great property.
