Offering wheelchair access, this ground floor, 1800 sq. ft, 3-bedroom ocean front unit opens directly out to a private screened in patio which leads out to a private white sandy beach and deck where you can enjoy the incredible ocean views. This elegantly decorated unit is filled with natural light giving it a fresh and airy feel.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with a large walk in shower (also wheelchair accessible). The room comes equipped with a flatscreen TV and offers stunning views of the beach. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin and full size bed, flatscreen TV, and has its own bathroom with tub and shower. A third bedroom with a queen bed ensures there's plenty of room for the whole family.

A true home-away-from-home, the fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and top of the line appliances, all of which opens to a spacious living area that connects to the private screened in patio overlooking the award winning Seven Mile Beach.
