Cayman Famous Seven Mile Beach Sunset Cove corner unit-RIGHT ON BEACH STEPS AWAY

  • This unit is the northwest ground floor unit of Sunset Cove Condos on famous Seven Mile Beach. (Right on the Beach) It is very private relative to other units in the complex and a premier corner unit which has been completely renovated with granite counter tops, side by side fridge with ice maker and ice and water dispenser with built in microwave and a glass top stove.

    The unit has a 65" Smart TV flat screen HD
    in the living room as well as smaller size flat screen HD TV's in each bedroom all with HD reception.

    The unit continues to be rated 'Excellent' by the Department of Tourism of the Cayman Islands for past years. Please ask for copy of the inspection report.

    This property is ideally located for swimming and snorkeling. It has a beautiful sandy beach cove for swimming and just a short distance out, snorkeling is great.

    I have a paddle board/kyak which I am offering to guests for $30US a day- min of 3 days or $175US a week. The daily rate in Cayman for a paddle board with out kyak seat is $60US per day and $350US a week. You can decide on that upon arrival. The maid has the key and paddles.

    The property has a swim up pool bar and restaurant by our pool and a lobby bar with live music on some nights.

    It is truly a Caribbean Paradise Condo.
