  • 50 Cayman Reef Resort is also known as Ocean Oasis. This is a beautiful Seven Mile Beach vacation rental in the Cayman Islands. You will love your stay in this fantastic vacation condo. The Grand Cayman vacation rental features one bedroom with a king size bed with a king Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress paired with a Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a great sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay in this unit. Vitamix blender and a Keurig coffee maker will help cover all drink orders. Every unit has a dishwasher and ice maker. Your personal screened porch comes complete with an electric BBQ. Living room has a pullout sofa and a computer desk with an LCD and peripherals to allow you to connect with to get some work completed if needed. For your convenience you have use of local phone service to make dinner reservations or use the second line to make free calls to the US or Canada. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, free WiFi, an Alexa device to play music, in room safe and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Ceiling fans and a regularly maintained AC unit will keep you comfortable during your stay. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have in-suite laundry if you need to freshen up the towels. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water.     If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beach front as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed.

My husband, Gary, and I have been visiting Grand Cayman for years. We recently came upon a little jewel named Cayman Reef Resort. Well situated on what we believe is one of the best beaches in the world, Seven Mile Beach, the complex is well kept and clean. So is unit #50, the condo we most recently occupied. The lady who cleans the unit, Elizabeth, is not only meticulous but goes above and beyond to leave goodies on the table and in the refrigerator. The ground maintenance man, Leon, is as friendly as he is detailed. We highly recommend visiting Cayman Reef Resorts on your next trip to Grand Cayman.

It was great to be right on 7 mile beach, and short walking distance from Camana Bay. Owner was taking care of every single detail, making my stay very comfortable.

Condo is situated with easy access to everything along Seven Mile Beach and downtown George Town. The unit was clean with all expected amenities. Check in and out was very easy.

Communication was one of the best we have experienced with VRBO. We understood with beach erosion we would have to walk to the sand but was pleasantly surprised with the small beach accessible by a short path and a few steps. We walked through the water to walk SMB every day. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor beach chairs and umbrella were so nice. We would definitely return to Cayman Reef.

The property was as advertised. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The other guests we met were wonderful and it was like a small community. We were close to many restaurants and a big Fosters grocery store and were able to walk to all of what we were interested in seeing.

The communication from the owner from the moment we booked through our stay was thoughtful and remarkable….Marc sent us a thorough information booklet….we felt confident in our choice and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect…. Able to walk to many fabulous restaurants especially in Camana Bay…. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again…. And hope to do so next year!

Hidden Gem on Seven Mile Beach

Having never been to Grand Cayman, I was looking for a place that was reasonably priced and central so I could walk to many different areas. I could not have been more pleased with this unit. It was clean and refreshed and the owners’ attention to detail was better than I’ve seen anywhere. There is a lovely screened porch and easy access to the pool. Dozens of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Truly a diamond in the rough and would be more than happy to stay here again on future trips to the island!

Great Location - No Car Needed

My husband & I stayed for 6 days and loved the Cayman Reef Resort location. Living The Dream Scuba Diving will pick up at the resort so very convenient. Fosters is just a hop, skip, & a jump away on foot. Bring your bags and pick up your groceries is super convenient. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and communication with Marc & Monique was seemless from our booking to an early arrival. The added pool cushions since our Nov 2024 stay at the CRR was a welcomed addition for comfort. Grounds are kept up very nicely and other guests were very friendly and courteous. Definetly a great place to stay with close access path to Seven Mile Beach for daily beach walks.

A great place to stay

Highly recommend unit 50. Everything about it was an "at home" feel. Bonus points go to the keyboard and monitor availability if you needed to work :( and to the ease of use of TV and streaming services when not working. No one wants to deal with internet and tv issues. Owners are extremely responsive an Cayman in general is amazing. Lovely people. 7-mile beach is spectacular. Highly recommend.

Marc, the owner was Excellent!!!

Marc’s unit had everything we needed. Short walking distance to grocery store and wonderful restaurants. Beach front was very little this week. A short walk and we could go down the road and get back on 7 mile beach for our daily walks and swimming. The man made beach with loungers and umbrellas made it feel like we were on the beach. Pool was nice too. Very impressed with how Marc checked on us a few times. Overall excellent!!! Thank you!

30th Anniversary

The condo was great, the pool was wonderful and the grounds kept up very nicely. Marc, the owner, was very responsive which was nice. But, I cannot give this a 5 overall due to the lack of beach. Had we known when we initially booked, we would not have chosen this condo. We found out from owner when we had to pay our second deposit. We will return but not to this condo.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

Marc was a super host. Condo is in a great location, and is fully stocked with everything needed, and then some. And Marc left us with coffee, fruit and juice to get started. :-) We had no issues and Marc even texted us to make sure we had everything we needed. We're active vacationers and the beach situation (or lack there of) was not a concern for us. Marc was sure to tell us ahead of time about the erosion, which of course is our of his control. We were in for a wedding and felt very sorry for those paying 2-3x what we were to stay in the super expensive hotels a few miles away.

Second Time Is A Charm

This was our second time staying at this particular condo and we’ll continue to return. We had a shorter stay (4 nights) with our two adult children. The previous visit was just my spouse and I. Even though it was a bit cramped while sleeping, the condo did accommodate four adults easily with the sleeper sofa folding away to provide plenty of room for eating meals. We typically do not spend much time inside during but getaways - who would with the beautiful seven-mile beach literally a minute’s walk away? The enclosed patio provides a little extra space for a meal or playing cards. The condo is immaculately maintained and has all you need for a comfortable stay including a fully operable kitchen setup, towels/beach towels, and some snorkeling gear. There are stores within walking distance. This is truly a gem of Grand Cayman!
