Beach Condo with Sunset Views

This renovated top floor unit offers stunning views of both the Caribbean Sea from your substantial private balcony and the pool area from the balcony or the side window. This unit has been professionally finished with luxury and elegance, including therapeutic walk-in shower, high end appliances and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has stone counters, wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Includes induction stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.

The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 65" flat screen television, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a 55" smart TV in the main bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the guest room.

The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have large pool with swim up bar, on-site restaurant.

The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.

After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "Lazy Lizard" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.

Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. I am local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.

If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.

There is also security guards on premises and CCTV.

Paradise

The condo provided all the amenities we needed. The patio view of the ocean and pool were spectacular. The pool and swim up bar were great. There were lots of families and kids so it would be loud at times Our Host, Bill, was wonderful and went above and beyond when asked about something. WeWould recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, even coffee for our first morning. The view was great…can see the ocean and beach. Bed was comfortable, very clean place, nice kitchen, couch, etc. Third floor was nice with extra ceiling height. Location was great too…can walk to restaurants. Will be back.

Fantastic rental condo on 7 mile beach!

Bill's condo was conveniently located, very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in the welcoming and relaxing space. Highly recommend this for any getaway in Cayman.

Lovely stay at sunset cove

Bill's place was the perfect base for our holiday. Really convenient central location with it's own private beach and sheltered swimming cove. The condo was exactly as listed, very spacious and comfortable. Bill was an excellent host :)

Perfect Spot

Everything was as advertised and condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Condo is close to everything with anything you need within walking distance. Private beach and pool were not crowded at all and very peaceful. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Perfect location!

This condo was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views! The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly- 3 kids ages 6-11. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Bill was great to work with, a great communicator, and had a really informative welcome book. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Grand Cayman!

A Little Piece of Paradise!

Fantastic Vacation

Property was clean. Great location. The owner, Bill was quick to respond to any questions that we had. There were floats to use and access to the beach was easy. The protected area of the beach made snorkeling easy for even a beginner swimmer.

Simply Amazing!!

Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! This complex has a swim up bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. The condo was wonderfully decorated and super clean!! We actually would not change a thing about this vacation and k ow we will definitely be back and will hopefully rent this same condo again and again!!!

Great condo and owner

Wonderful trip. Owner was so on it. Needed pillows . He brought us some. Awesome couch. Great view. Bed was good. No pains. Set up well. Had about everything we needed for our stay. I use my own shampoo etc. Im a stylist. . He had it all there. Dish soap. Towels.. Well stocked and a cute condo. . . I will rent from him again. . Thank you

Great stay!

The property was in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach and the pool. The beach always had chairs and umbrellas available. You could relax in the cove or do some snorkeling outside of the manmade cove. The unit itself was clean and well-stocked. Bill was always available to answer questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful condo

Just left here and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo had everything we could’ve needed for the week… beach towels, coffee, beach toys, and even sunscreen! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could imagine. The ease of entry via the keypad was huge (never have to worry about keys). The condo complex was great. The beach was beautiful, the pool nice and large and even the restaurant/bar was great! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman! Thanks, Bill, for hosting us for this quick getaway.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment had more than enough room for all 5 of us, and the property facilities were great. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool, hot tub and grotto. Access to transit was easy and there were enough restaurants close by that we didn’t need to go far when we wanted to eat out. The grocery store was an easy 15 minute walk down the road. Andy’s car rental is a 5 minute walk, so that made our car rental for a one day excursion very convenient. Thanks for making our time in Grand Cayman enjoyable!

The condo was beautiful and i don't think the pictures did it justice. The grounds are well cared for, the place was clean and well stocked. It was a great surprise to see the property decorated for the holidays!! Bill was great and attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property at a great location

Two adult couples in our party stayed at Bill's place. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and in a great location. The balcony was spacious with comfortable furniture, kitchen was well appointed with all the appliances we could need. Our bedrooms and closets were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend! Bill is a wonderful host and provided helpful information for restaurants and tours. Thank you for making this a great home away from home for us!

Updated unit, nice lagoon

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The lagoon was great for kids to swim. We came right after Xmas and the pool or beach chairs were never too crowded which was fantastic. Only tiny complaint was the cleaners used “aroma boost” laundry detergent which made the sheets very scented. I’ve never been sensitive before but we all remarked on it.

I can’t say enough about this condo or the location. The condo was beautiful and the owner answered questions for us about the area. The location on the beach is absolutely fabulous. You can sit on the balcony and see the beach and listen to the waves. The walk down to the beach was just down the sidewalk. We loved it.

I’m returning next year

As soon as I stepped in the unit, and greeted the owner Bill, I told him I plan to return next year. The unit is updated and clean and centrally located with a nice view of the beach and the pool. Bill was very engaging prior to and during my stay, and he promptly responded to my questions.
