Sunset Cove (formerly Treasure Island Condos) is a beachfront resort property centrally located on Seven Mile Beach walking distance to George Town, restaurants and best supermarket on island. You'll be in the middle of the action while also being in a private resort where the cruise ship crowds cant go!

This amenity-filled condo is the perfect way to vacation on the Grand Cayman Island. Centrally located in the Sunset Cove beach resort, the property offers easy access to an incredible range of Seven Mile Beach activities. It’s the ultimate getaway for relaxing or exploring the island.

A third floor unit with high ceilings, this spacious 1100 square foot apartment is fully furnished. It sleeps four guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. Its two newly renovated bathrooms have been designed to offer modern elegance. The master bathroom comes with a ‘his and hers’ vanity while the guest bathroom offers a combination shower-tub. Bath towels, soaps, and linens are provided. This unit a garden view unit.

Equipped with modern technology, the unit has a flat screen TV, HD cable, and free high-speed wireless internet. To provide the utmost convenience, the condo has a fully-loaded kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils: coffee maker, microwave, dishes, stove, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. Perfect for any meal, this kid-friendly unit comes with a high-chair (upon request) and a dining area that comfortably seats four. The sprawling balcony just outside the living room is a great spot for the entire family to enjoy the evening sunset.

For added ease, the unit has laundry facilities stocked with detergent and other essentials. This includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. It also has centralized air conditioning and plenty of free parking. A non-smoking space, the unit recently received an “excellent condition” rating when it was inspected by the Cayman Tourist Licensing Board.

The surrounding Sunset Cove property has many amenities. You can head down to the building’s luxurious swimming pool—the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach—which has a swim-up bar with snacks and cocktails. There’s also a Jacuzzi and shallow pool for children. Or, if you prefer to take a dip in the Caribbean, the property is just 100 feet from white sandy beach. It’s ideal for sunbathing, snorkeling the cove reef, and watersports. Other amenities include: an onsite restaurant, barbeque grills, beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to the airport and Georgetown, there are bars and restaurants (from fast food to fine dining) within walking distance. A grocery store and local shops are just a short walk as well.

The Unit felt larger than the photos, very clean, location steps away from parking, plenty of chairs at the pool, easy to walk to restaurants, etc. make sure to go to the local Bakery exiting right from Parking Lot…great pastries and beef patties!

Quick getaway

We needed a place to stay until the rest of our group arrived. This was the perfect spot to get some relaxing in. The bar next to the pool was a perfect spot to have a drink and get some sun. The updated bathrooms were very nice and the balcony was great for morning coffee.

Amazing experience at Sunset Cove and Seven Mile Beach!

Sunset Cove was the perfect location, as described. It's right at the end of Seven Mile, which was also perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants, Camana Bay, George Town and all the resorts along Seven Mile. Arthur, the owner of the condo we rented was extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo was clean and a great location on the property. A few steps to the pool and beach, but nice and tucked backed a little making it quiet and more private. Water was nice - calm and clear - and snorkeling is right there off the property which was great. Sting Ray City is a must, as well as the Sunset Sail. All in all it was a great trip and we plan to visit again and hopefully stay at the same place!

Retirement Celebration in Grand Cayman

Overall, we were happy with our experience. We did enjoy the cove and snorkeling that area, as well as the Gamma Shipwreck, but to walk all of 7 mile beach, you have to go to the road and walk along the sidewalk a ways to get to the true 7 mile beach spread. Kyle was very responsive to our questions before and during our trip.

Phenomenal Experience

From start to finish communication was amazing and spot on for every detail. They have literally thought of everything you may need to enjoy your stay. Relaxing getaway

This unit was clean and had newer updated bathrooms with awesome showers. The unit could use some serious updating with the furniture but overall was comfortable. It was situated in a location convenient for walking to stores and restaurants. The onsite pool and pool bar/restaurant was fabulous. The unit could use blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Overall, a great stay with an awesome owner to communicate with. Would recommend to others.

Summer Vacation at Sunset Cove

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a beach view. We enjoyed having a kitchen and having a washer and dryer. Very helpful!

Quiet but close to everything.

We usually stay in the Rum Point area when we visit. This time we wanted to change things up a bit. We loved how close we were to everything the unit was clean and well maintained. Cannot say it lacks anything we needed. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Grand Cayman again.

Great place

Very nice, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and loved the showers. Beautiful beach, pool and ocean area to swim in. Food was very good at the pool bar. PICCOLINO'S cafe was wonderful. Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Kyle and his wife were great hosts.

Great stay

The condo was clean and in a great location. Easily walkable to The Wharf restaurant and Peppers down the street. Since we arrived after dark it was a bit tricky finding the unit but we finally did. Kyle was super helpful with quick responses, to all my questions and the pool and beach were great. There were a lot of families there, I’m assuming because of spring break? So loads of kids in the pool. The beach was a little less busy so we spent most our time there. The pool bar was a nice option too.

Sunset Cove - perfect for families

Kyle’s apartment was just what we needed — great central location, big spacious bedrooms, top floor with a balcony. Sunset cove is the perfect spot for traveling with little kids — an enormous and really fun pool (with a swim up bar!!) and a fantastic secluded cove perfect for swimming and sandcastles. Highly recommend.

Location- Awesome Condo- Meh The location is awesome. The beach, pool, bar, and area is perfect, once you are on site. The bartenders are awesome. Note that this bar is a local hangout, and several patrons are from the area. I had the impression is was a private bar for the property. Definitely not a problem, though. Good restaurants within walking distance, and grocery was close. We rented a car, and parking was not an issue. The condo itself was very average. It was cleaned when we arrived, but the walls need to be painted, there is a hole in the kitchen ceiling. They use aluminum foil to line the burners on the stove. The furniture is beat up, and damaged in areas. The paint on the walls is different colors, and poorly done. The kitchen needs to add more utensils for cooking, including more ice trays. Also, being a beach property, you would think a proper vacuum would be available. All they had was a small, hand-held unit. The listing calls it a garden view, but it really is a parking lot view, with cars, shipping containers, and un-manicured landscaping. The former property on the front of the resort is beat-up and not operating. With the location, we made it a good trip, but for the cost, it should have been a much nicer unit.

Perfect Stay

Everything was excellent! Spotless and the little extras. Only no dishwasher may want to change that in the list for the kitchen. Would recommend and would return to the Condo for a 2nd visit!
