Recently renovated with modern finishes, this spacious unit features all-new appliances, including an in-suite washer and dryer. With the added bonus of easy ground-level access, ideal for families, beachgoers, and anyone who prefers a step-free stay.

    Unit Location on property:
    Step out onto the ground-floor terrace and you’re right by the pool, just a short walk across the grassy lawn. It’s the ideal setup for easy pool days, especially for families or anyone who loves the convenience of popping back inside whenever needed. The unit is also just steps from the enclosed children’s play area and nearby tennis courts. Even with everything close by, the space stays calm, quiet, and beautifully relaxing. This property also comes with free parking located 30 seconds from the entrance.

    What is included:
    This unit includes one bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a second bedroom furnished with two full-size beds, making it comfortable for couples, friends, or families traveling together. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re cooking at home or enjoying pool and beach days. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking essentials, along with coffee makers and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. For outdoor fun, you’ll find beach chairs and umbrellas for the on-property beach, plus patio items including lawn chairs, a canopy, sand toys, and more. The unit is also fully stocked with towels and laundry essentials for added convenience. The unit includes complimentary high-speed WiFi, a large 70” flat-screen TV, and an easy-to-use JBL sound system for relaxing and unwinding after a day in the sun.

    The Property
    Guests enjoy access to everything Plantation Village is loved for: snorkeling right off the property, two large sparkling pools, outdoor grills, tennis courts, a children’s play area, watersports, and of course, the stunning stretch of world-famous Seven Mile Beach. Guests can take advantage of Plantation Village’s complimentary 2-hour paddle board and bike rentals. Biking is one of the best ways to explore the island, especially along scenic West Bay Road. Restaurants, shops, and Camana Bay are just a short walk away, making this an unbeatable location for entertainment and dining out.

    Getting Around:
    Getting around this conveniently located area is easy and stress-free. Ride an electric Bird scooter (available all over the island), or simply walk, you’ll have quick access to nearby bars, restaurants, and beach entry points. Taxis are also easy to arrange, and the island has an Uber-style app called Island Go, which is simple to download and use during your stay.

    Guest Access:
    Upon arrival you will pick up your key cards from the check in office located a short walk from the unit. The resort's friendly front office, which is staffed 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am-9pm on Saturday, available if you are in need of any assistance.

    You’ll also find a welcome booklet in the unit filled with recommendations for excursions and sightseeing activities, along with a curated list of the island’s best restaurants and bars. I’m also located on the island just a short distance from the property and am happy to help answer any questions or offer personalized recommendations at any time during your stay.

    13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations.
