Location, location, location! Steps from Seven Mile Beach with stunning Caribbean Sea vistas. There are thousands of hotel rooms and condos but this condo on Seven Mile Beach is one of a kind. This is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the discerning guests who want the luxury of a spacious and fully renovated condo for their family or for vacationing with another couple.

Are you paying for a room with a garden view or view of the parking lot? Switch to this condo with the views you deserve on vacation. Views of the white sandy beach, beautiful Caribbean Sea, waterfall in the swimming pool, hot tub.
Barefoot beach days: wide sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers - perfect for snorkelers exploring the cove. Watch spectacular sunsets from your private balcony.

It’s centrally located within the complex and within walking distance (1.2 mi) to Georgetown and (1 mi) Camana Bay for great dining and shopping. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk, there are lots of fabulous restaurants along West Bay Road.

When you walk into this fully renovated condo, you will see the Caribbean Sea and swimming pools. Owners fell in love with this second floor ocean view, poolside condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator.

Steps away from swimming pool with waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub. In fact, you can sit on the balcony and talk with your family members while they are in the pool or hot tub.

The two bathrooms have been renovated with a new Kohler bathtub and larger sized walk-in shower. Quartz countertop with double sinks and a custom-built vanity. Master bedroom floor has been replaced and a pocket door separating the bedroom from the bathroom.

Kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances (fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher and granite counter tops), blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Large dining room and living room. High end furniture, and oh so comfortable mattresses on the king, queen, and twin beds. Two flat screen tvs, smart speakers, Blu ray/DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Compare the total rental cost with the hotel's total costs as they charge a daily resort fee as well as a service fee. 50% of the condos owners/renters are expats who work on the island. When they are at work, you get to enjoy the pool and beach. You won't need to reserve loungers and umbrellas at 6 a.m.

We are happy to share our family vacation home with you. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Note: There may be demolition of the adjacent hotel structure in the future. No approval has been granted yet. Our guests will be notified when updates have been provided to us. You can decide later to change location once we have been provided with the status of the hotel. Our beach, swimming pool and hot tub will be available to our guests at Sunset Cove.

7 Mile Getaway

This property is in a great location, with all amenities nearby. The swim up bar is a fun touch. We will hopefully return for a longer stay. The hosts did a very nice job of making this unit more of a home than a hotel.

You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo in the best location on 7 mile beach. I wish we would’ve found this place 20 years ago when our kids were younger. The owners are so thoughtful & very considerate with information. We spent 4 days with our friends and had the best time.

Beautiful location for fun with family

We had a wonderful first experience on Grand Cayman while staying at this property. The host provided ample information about the island (restaurant and activity recommendations, etc) which helped us create a rough itinerary and really feel like we explored as much of the island as we could in a week. The rental is well equipped with everything you would need while staying there. The pool and protected cove are fabulous for little kids. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the location to friends and family!

Wonderful vacation!

Our family had an amazing time at sunset cove! This property is exceptional. We enjoyed having our breakfast every morning on the deck looking out at the ocean. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool was refreshing with a waterfall and swim up bar / restaurant. We snorkeled, went to stingray city and took a boat tour to bioluminescence bay. We loved swimming with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Center. There was so much to do, fabulous restaurants to choose from and time to relax. My teenage boys said it was their best vacation ever. We would love to return here!

Wonderful

The property was fantastic. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The cove was wonderful for our wives who don’t like to swim where they can’t touch the bottom. There was great snorkeling 200 yards out. A good amount of fish and we even had a turtle swim by us. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The large grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The hosts sent us a ton of great information before our trip and were very responsive with any questions. Will stay again!!

Perfet location and time at SMB

A great stay at Kheng and Grant's home. The condo is beautiful and a perfect home base for every thing that Cayman has to offer. Couldnt have asked for more. Everything was easy to figure out and labelled where it needed to be. There's even a great welcome book that was filled with helpful info and restaurant recommendations, which were all excellent. We had 2 small kids, ages 2 and 4 with us and were thrilled to find beach toys, a high chair, A pack and play, games, DVDs . The views were amazing and easy to catch a sunset every night just outside. We did extensive research before visiting cayman and landed at Kheng and Grant's home. You'll be glad you did too

Beautiful unit, Beautiful views!!

Kheng and Grant,the owners, are beyond fabulous to work with! They supplied us with so much helpful information that was invaluable to us for our first stay in the Cayman Islands!! Their unit is furnished with everything that you could possibly need for your stay there including everyday condiments, snorkel equip, extra towels, etc etc... The beds are extremely comfy and the unit is decorated beautifully. The added bonus of a huge balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views is the perfect place for some card games and just enjoying your time. The swim up bar that is part of the adjacent Margaritaville is a definite plus as well, as many condo units do not have full service pool areas... I would highly recommend not only this unit, but the wonderful owners as well!!!

Cayman 2nd trip

Very nice property with a very large pool area. Beach was a private cove that was perfect for if the ocean was rough around us. Snorkeling right in the cove on the wall was very nice. Sad the beach was not more connected to the rest of 7mile. Seems 7 mile beach is more broken up in the last 5 years since I was down here. The unit had every imaginable amenity you could need. Be careful with the toaster as it will set off the smoke detector. We tried to adjust the settings but it seemed it needed more help that we can give it. Very nice balcony and view. Pool bar is the best! Food and drinks were great! Plenty of security on site to make you feel more than comfortable. Sad nothing was open with the old Margaritaville as it was our front lobby area. Will come back and stay again. Owner is super great and responsive.

Exceptional Property

We just returned from an amazing vacation in Grand Cayman. Kheng and Grant's condo was awesome - it felt like home from the time we arrived! The property looked exactly like the pictures I had seen online - gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. They truly have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect and stress-free. The communication with the owners from initial inquiry to emails with lots of helpful trip advice a few weeks before arrival was so greatly appreciated. They even sent a friendly email to check in the day after we arrived to ensure all was good. Our condo was freshened up mid-week while we were on a day tour - thanks for the wonderful service! The location was excellent - we could walk to many restaurants (amazing food!), the liquor/beer store, grocery stores, shopping, and Georgetown. I wish we could give this property and our experience with Kheng and Grant more than 5 stars - it truly is an exceptional property and made our vacation one that will not be forgotten! :)

A little piece of paradise on earth.

We just stayed 12 glorious days at Sunset Cove 219! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic! It was close to everything we needed. Supermarkets were just a few min. drive away, as well as George Town and all pick-up locations for our excursions. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was well labelled from the kitchen to the washroom, where to find what, etc. It was so enjoyable to stay there!! It was comfortable, spacious, and cozy! Jennifer, the housekeeper, came to clean the condo twice during our stay and she does a nice job! Kheng kept in touch with us during our stay and we appreciated all her tips and recommendations of what to see, where to go, what restaurants to try, etc. The condo exceeded all our expectations! The beach is kept groomed compared to the other beaches on the left and the right of Sunset Cove. We were very surprised how the other resorts and hotels had unkept beaches, even branded hotels like the Marriott had sadder beachfront than our beach. There is a lot of sea life to enjoy especially in the early morning when the water is still very calm. We highly enjoyed snorkeling there. The pool and pool area were always kept clean. The ground keepers do a great job keeping the garden nice and clean, the pool was cleaned daily before we were up. The pool water was clear, which tells me they have a very good filtering system. We were extremely happy with our decision to pick Kheng and Grant’s condo over a hotel chain.
