We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis.

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

We love the Guest House at Graceland! However, It appears to need some maintenance. There are areas that need to be pressure sprayed and/or repainted outside and the hallways need chair rail to be installed where the cleaning carts have scarred the wallpaper. Also, the carpets are getting worn in the conference rooms and all carpet needs to be cleaned. They need actual refrigerators in the rooms instead of an ice box/cooler. Many guests have medication that requires refrigeration. They also need better lighting in the guest room bathrooms for applying makeup. At one time, all of the rooms had vanity mirrors but the room we had did not have one. The handicap showers should not have a step-in tub as it is difficult for a handicapped person to lift their legs that high to step into the tub. Taller commodes in the handicap bathrooms rooms would also be easier for a handicap person to get off and on the commode. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
