"Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate"

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door.
