The accommodation was not livable as there was no electricity in the entire unit. The apartment had a funny smell as the power had been off for a while. The company was quick at responding to our complaints, but took 3 hours to move us into another unit under their management.
The apartment they moved us to, was a big upgrade. We were very grateful for that. They moved us into the town center. The apartment unfortunately that they moved us to was not designed properly as the apartment only had 1 ac unit for the entire property.
The AC unit was in the living room far from the bedroom. The only way to cool down the bedroom was to leave the window open and there was an extremely lively and loud bar next to the apartment. Was horrible for sleeping at nights.
Some nights I slept on the sofa as the AC was in the livingroom and the noise was unbearable.
I had asked for a fan to be brought to the apartment as they provided a heater unit but no AC - odd for hot summer months.
My request was acknowledged but nothing happened and never received the fan for the apartment for our stay.
The apartment had bad wifi service as well. Only really worked in the bedroom.
We only stayed here for 6 days, waiting to get into another long term rental.
It was fine for what it was, but I would not stay there again.
