Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) with a terrace offering a view of the sea and the swimming pool. This apartment includes: 1 living room with an equipped kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, top refrigerator with small freezer and cookware.In the living room, a table for meals, a desk/TV unit and 2 single beds. In the cabin you will find 2 bunk beds.Separate bathroom and toilet.Air cooler in the living area.Underground parking (L 5m x W 2.15m x H 2.05m).No washing machine - Laundromat in the residence.Direct beach access without crossing a road.Sheets and towels not provided. Rental possible, please consult us.Non-smoking apartment - Pets not accepted.Located right next to the sea, this apartment is ideally located for a successful family holiday.
