Holiday rental in Sète: Just 250 meters from the beach and shops, in the sought-after Villeroy district, discover this spacious 41 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor with elevator access in a high-end residence with a swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th). Comfort and space: Large 8.90 m² loggia, ideal for meals or relaxation. 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and two bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs, opening onto the bright living room with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. 5.60 m² bathroom: Shower, sink, washing machine. Separate WC. Private garage #18 (accessible dimensions: 3 m x 5.70 m x 2 m) with electric gate. 3-star rated apartment for 4 people. Ideally located between the beach, shops, and the Lido promenade. Très bel appartement, bien situé, conforme à la description. Pas de vue, à part sur les terrasses de l'immeuble d'en face. Il aurait été agréable d'y trouver un minimum de "kit de survie", j'entends par là qu'il n'y avait pas une goutte de produit d'entretien, pas même de sac dans la poubelle, ni de ce qu'on espère trouver dans un logement dédié à la location, même si ce n'est pas prévu dans le contrat. Difficile d'amener son huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre quand on voyage en avion ou en train et qu'on ne reste que quelques jours.

Apartment fine, service dreadful.

There was nothing wrong with this actual apartment, however the service we received from the agent (Amarine) was dreadful. It took nearly 2 hours to check into the apartment with a pretty clueless agent (who was not polite) and then to get running water. The flat was in an average state of cleaniliess (not dirty/not sparkling). The hot water cut out after 3 days to leave freezing water, but due to the unapproachable staff, we didn't raise this until the end. After cleaning the apartment back to what we felt was its original condition, they then charged us 30 euros for not cleaning the property enough (the glass was not polished....), which we felt was highly unfair when they had the chance to raise this with us before check out. The staff service was dreadful, with all of them being frankly rude and uncommunicative. Would not recommend the apartment for this reason as it really did not leave a good impression for us - it seems the agency takes some of the deposit from all customers for any random reason which is very underhand.
