Croisette Residence, welcome to this charming apartment located just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach of Lazaret. Enjoy a lovely stay in Sète in the heart of the Corniche district with its shops, restaurants, bakery and traditional market. This 34 m² air-conditioned T2 apartment offers a glazed loggia and a 12 m² furnished terrace. On the 2nd floor with a lift, the residence has a shared swimming pool open in high season. On the night side, 1 bedroom with a (140 cm) bed and a (140 cm) sofa bed. The shower room has a nice shower. Separate toilet. Washing machine and television. The equipped kitchen has 4 ceramic hobs, a small fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a NESCAFE coffee maker and a toaster. Collective open-air parking. No designated parking space. Appartement sale dans cadre agréable
Bien refroidis à l'arrivée de découvrir un appartement sale. Les sols n'étaient pas lavés, les coussins des fauteuils sont à jeter. Pour ma part j'ai tout stocke dans la loggia le temps de notre séjour. Franchement tout est à revoir dans ce logement. Des coups partout sur les murs, les portes ... Une odeur de poisson horrible dans le frigo, ça probablement dû aux précédents vacanciers, une odeur d'égout horrible et un évier de cuisine bouché qui s'est résolu au cours du séjour. Une couche de poussière assez impressionnante sur les cadres, la hotte, la télé, etc ... Bref c'était sale, désagréable pour un début de vacances. Le seul point positif est la clim et l'emplacement. Je pense être parti en laissant quelque chose de bien plus propre qu'à l'arrivée.
