Modern apartment breathtaking sea view and waterfront

"Le logement est très bien placé avec toutes les commodités à proximité à pied.La terrasse est un vrai plus. La vue est magnifique. L'appartement est facile à aérer quand il fait chaud, car il est traversant. Emplacement très calme.L’hôte est très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.La literie est de bonne qualité. Dans la petite chambre, les lits superposés sont des lits 2 places chacun. Dans celui du bas, un adulte ne tient pas assis, un enfant oui. Ce n’est gênant pour dormir. Le format 2 places est plutôt confortable.L’espace Salon/Salle à manger/Cuisine est pratique et plutôt spacieux.Seul petit bémol, il n’y a aucun linge de maison, pas de tapis de salle de bain, pas de torchons. Plus classique, il faut apporter ses draps et serviettes.A noter aussi, nous ne disposions que de 2 trousseaux de clés. Si vous logez à 6, c’est un peu juste.Je recommande vivement cet hébergement qui est très agréable en été et l’hôte très arrangeant et disponible."

"We enjoyed our stay in the seaside cottage in Sete. It was very cute with lots of charming decorations. The kitchen was perfect to make a meal in and we had enough room for a family of four to enjoy a quick stay in the area. We really liked being in the Pointe Court neighborhood because it was quite - felt like that is where locals live, not too touristy. A few things to consider based on your needs. If you are looking to be right in the heart of Sete than you will need to drive over from this location (or longer walk). There are a few restauarants in the Pointe Court neighborhood, but the majority of shop and dining is over the bridge.There is no wifi (as stated in listing) which was fine as one of us were on roaming, but if this is important to you this might not be the right fit.The only other thing I'd call out is that the property has Air Conditioning. It works GREAT downstairs which cooled off quickly. One bedroom upstairs has AC which made sleeping easy, but the second bedroom does not have a unit, so just a fan. We were staying when it was close to 100 degrees (upper 30s C) so that room was a tad warm but we still found it worked out fine for our needs.We were close to the beach and easy to drive over the bridge to explore the main area of Sete.Our host was always super quick with communications and we truly enjoyed the home which we felt was good value."

Superb apartment on quay in the heart of town

"appartement très bien équipé et très proche de tous les commerçants. Seul bémol les fenêtres et les balcons ne sont pas très grands ; mais heureusement il y a la climatisation. Cécile nous a proposé un parking vers le commissariat, très pratique mais un peu loin : 2 kms. Sinon tout est parfait."

"Ce week end a été formidable La maison a des prestations superbes et un quartiers tranquille Il ne manquait rien La plage à deux pas est magnifique Faire un Running au bord de l’eau avec ce ruban de côte est extraordinaire Merci Cathy pour cet accueil et ce bel endroit Nous y reviendrons en famille sans problème pour ce faire d’autres beaux souvenirs"

"Super Lage nur 3 Minuten bis zum Strand. Voll ausgestattete moderne Küche wo alles vorhanden ist. Toller Garten mit grossem Schwimmbad und 4 Liegestühlen, Überdachung. Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk sehr gross mit gemütlichen Möbeln. Alles top"

"Pascal the receptionist was great. Spoke good English and was very helpful. Rooms a bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate and clean Nice comfortable bed. Access to the parking quite tight for big cars, but great once you are in the secure parking compound. I'd be happy to recommend this hotel "
