"WOW! The villa was even better than in photos. We did not speak the same language as the hosts, but they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay perfect! We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful. If you're on the fence about this listing, this is your sign to book it! "

"When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"We left a big piece of our collective hearts in Treppignana! The massive, rustic building was perfect for our family group. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. We had the pizza chef come to feed us one evening. This is most highly recommended. I got pretty good at driving the road up to the palazzo but I recommend two things: at first, don’t do it in the dark, and be sure to rent a narrow, sturdy vehicle. Overall a 10/10 unforgettable experience. "

"Nice property in an amazing setting. The Villa is in a great spot with fabulous views from the terrace. The interior is very traditional, but with all the amenities you would need. The pool is lovely and much needed in the heat of summer. Given the location you will need a car as not much within walking distance although lots of lovely restaurants in Bagni and a good sized supermarket. The Villa Rosa team couldn’t have been more helpful - from directions, to local recommendations, they were great. Only downside and outside of owners control was we were woken up by barking dogs on a number of occasions early in the morning from the houses nearby. Also bring bug spray if you visit in the summer! Overall a great stay and would recommend "
