Stunning sea view apartment, great terrace and pool

  • If you are looking for something unique, you've come to the right place. New apartment of 90 m2 with two bedrooms and a terrace of 60 m2. Full air conditioning and all amenities (coffee maker, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, 65 inch TV with Netflix and HBO max, sonos audio system). A cozy bathroom with a comfortable shower and bidet. One parking space in the garage. Terrace with a large table for 6 chairs, a sofa and 2 sun loungers. Two large automatic awnings. The breathtaking ocean and city view is free. You will also find many attractions on the premises, such as a comfortable place to work, a gym and a large swimming pool. It's all with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will be very pleased to welcome you to our home!
