"The hotel was very clean, and I had a lovely quiet room with an excellent view. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and though it changed little day to day I always left satisfied. One evening there was quite loud music coming from one of the restaurants somewhere below my room, at bedtime I did need to close the glass doors tightly to get to sleep, I missed the beautiful sound of the ocean that night. I probably wouldn’t return to Sesimbra, but not because of the hotel or the area, there were a few things I did not have time to do or see. It’s just that there are so many other areas of Portugal that I want to explore the next time I visit. "

The location was wonderful nestled up in the hills with superb poolside views, tucked away from the hustle & bustle below but not so far when you want to join in... perfect for cosy rest and relaxtion which is just what we needed on this visit... Sesimbra is stunning we will return xx especially if we get to see our gracious and warm host again :) thanks so much, dear Günther! "
