"Bedroom automated shade did not work"

"Stayed here one night as it was an affordable quality hotel closest to the airport. We unfortunately forgot to call them that we were getting in late as they requested because their front desk isnt staffed 24 hrs. We lucked out that someone else drove into the gated parking lot and our key was waiting for us at the desk. I wish we got to stay here longer - it was a very cute hotel. The room was huge though we had a bit of a problem with the shower/turning it on. But beds (including sofa bed) and pillows were comfortable though there is only one per bed. Left early before breakfast started so didn't get a chance to try that."

The staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more special. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. "This would be a great hotel if not for the noise. The walls are really thin, and the air vent in the bathroom must go past other bathrooms so you can hear all business that is occurring in those bathrooms. The staff is amazing. The food is good."
