Breakfast/ Dinner buffet excellent range of foods , definitely worth considering half board as about 1/2 mile walk into main town ( not so easy with young kids) . The room my family was placed in was located a few minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from the main area. This particular building had it's own pool area as well, which was nice, but the building and rooms seemed very cheaply put togther. Our room, in particular, had very loose floorboards, we found a nail sticking up out of one of them (which was a hazard for our 1 year old). The...

"This place is exceptional! My best friend and I had an incredible experience here. Customer service was superb from booking. They helped provide a driver from the airport to the hotel. Hotel Villa Chiquita is absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views, and is only a short walk to breathtaking beaches.
