Unique place to stay

Communicating with Celine was seamless. The castle stay was as expected. Although the space is in a castle, it felt warm and cozy. I get the impression that it isn't always booked since it's a little out in the country, but it's a lovely place to visit. Bring your own towels or expect to "rent" them for the pool and showers.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im wunderschönen Schloss Lapeyrouse. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kapelle. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Erker-/Kapellenfenster. Sehr ansprechend und schön dekoriert. Die Lage des Schlosses ist wunderschön, ruhig, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Im Dorf gibt es praktisch nichts zu tun/erhalten. Für Einkäufe und etwas Unterhaltung muss man unbedingt mit dem Auto rausfahren. Alles andere war gut organisiert, ein kurzer, aber angenehmer Empfang, man kann immer Fragen stellen, aber ansonsten hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Der Innenhof und die Aussicht von dort sind wunderschön. Die gesamte Gegend, in der sich das Schloss befindet, ist wunderschön. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung, deren Lösung ich persönlich empfehlen würde. Eine lockere Kühlschranktür, eine verdrehte Duschstange, mit der man den Duschkopf nicht mehr an Ort und Stelle halten kann... Das sind keine großen Probleme, aber andererseits auch relativ einfach zu lösen. Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kombi-Mikrowelle funktionieren hervorragend. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren schön und frisch, die Sauberkeit und Frische der Küche und des Badezimmers hätte viel besser sein können. In mehreren Schränken der Küche war es regelrecht klebrig, was dazu führte, dass eine Ameisenparade durch die Küche zog. Mit etwas Ameisenspray und Auswischen der Schränke ließ sich das leicht lösen, aber schöner wäre es, wenn es schon sauber wäre (dafür zahlt man schließlich auch Reinigungskosten). Darüber hinaus, wie bereits erwähnt, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage wirklich wert ist!
