Above Malvaglia, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a sunny position. Private: swimming pool (above ground) angular (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Terrace. 3 km long narrow motor access to 5 m from the house (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bicycle rental 3.5 km, bus stop "Malvaglia Chiesa bus 131-140" 3.3 km, railway station "Biasca" 9 km. Cable car 3.5 km, slopes 13 km, ski rental 13 km, children's ski school 13 km, sled run 13 km, cross country ski track 27 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa S.Ambrogio Vecchio Negrentino, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, sabato, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Lottigna, Castello di Serravalle, Archivio Doneta. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Check-In unkompliziert mit vielen Infos zur Region. Haus und Pool genau wie beschrieben. Wandern mit anschliessender Abkühlung im Pool war super.
