"Excellent stay. This hotel consists of multiple buildings, in the area, so if you want to stay right next to the pool/breakfast area, you might want to call and ask which rooms offer that. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the pools were lovely, and the beach shuttle was helpful. You can walk to the beach, but it's steep since Sorriso is at the top of a cliff (giving it excellent views). There are lots of shops nearby if you want to pick up some groceries, sunscreen, or souvenirs. Staff spoke good English and were helpful arranging taxis, providing recommendations, etc. Would definitely go back! "

"The location was very close to the ferries and close to many shops. We loved the outdoor thermal pool and patios! It was were very nice and relaxing. Staff was professional and helpful. Martina at front desk was always smiling and happy to see us:) The buffet breakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit, otherwise it had a good selection of croissants, cakes and breads! I would return:) "
