"La habitación perfectamente equipada y limpia, el personal muy amable, y cerca de todo los servicios necesarios."
"Good location for walking to restaurants and jumping on the freeway to get to other cities. Staff was very helpful. Place was clean but needs some upgrades for the price. Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls in rooms and the glassed in atrium that appears to have been 4 different reflection pools needs to be cleaned and filled with plants or removed all together. It’s the first thing you see when you jump on the glassed in elevator. The spa was dirty and a real disappointment. We booked...
"Amabilidad y cercanía propias de un familiar. Excelente y muy recomendable"
Centro De Ecoturismo Tierra Del Agua
Centro De Ecoturismo Tierra Del Agua"It’s a really unusual and unique place with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has lovely food. We had a lovely suite with a large window seat. The drive up is quite difficult as we had a larger vehicle. It would be good to advise guests of this in advance and/or provide an option at the bottom of the village lanes for parking. All in all we had a very memorable stay."
"We were really pleased by the service and warmth of the staff at this hotel, really accommodating and made our stay all the more pleasant."
"super comodo, la gente es muy amable y la comida del restaurante es buenisima!"
"Very nice setting and beautiful property"
"A very nice stay mainly. We had a fire alarm about 10 o’clock one night. No one knew what to do. It was a bit of a shambles to be honest. We weren’t given any info by the staff on what was going on. Breakfast could’ve had more to choose from but was ok. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful."
