"Staff across the board were very friendly and the receptionists were full of useful and helpful information. The location is perfect for stepping out in the old part of Valencia within 10-12 minutes stroll of many of the tourist sights. It was easy to walk around or if needed, take a bus or metro or tram for 2€ - buy a SUMA 10 trip Zone A ticket for 9€ (ours was even reduced 40% in June). You can share between two (tap twice) and makes it cheap to go a bit further eg the beach or return after a long hot walk along the old river The rooms were clean and well equipped with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hob and basic cooking equipment if needed. As others mention the position of the TV was awkward parallel to the bed and you'll get mainly news channels in English other than Spanish ones. (One French , no German as far as I recall but may be wrong). You get 2 bottles of water each day, 2 coffee pods and tea bags (possibly could request extras). Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water for showers - body wash/shampoo plus hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was plentiful with a selection of hot food (including asparagus and broccoli), sausage, bacon, scrambled egg plus fresh fruit, cheese, tortilla, granola, yogurt, breads and pastries. Service was good with attentive staff. (Now I'd reluctantly suggest you skip the breakfast option to take advantage of the many bars at least once on your visit) Take advantage of their sister hotel for a quiet drink on the rooftop bar."
