The owners are wonderfully friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. "This auberge is most beautiful, with great location views to the mountains, quiet rooms very nicely decorated. Cherry on the cake is the great restaurant on the first floor with tasty and healthy breakfast. I highly recommend this auberge to stay overnight and or eat."

"This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"

"This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
