"The apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great stay. There are great countryside sunrise views from the large bathroom window and from the bedrooms. There’s building is indeed a 4-5 minute walk to the Bétera Metro station, wth frequent service, roughly 30 minute intervals, into the center of València.
