Stayed in a new room as they’re expanding. Clean, convenient, great staff and convenience of an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. Great spot with great views but about a 5 minute walk including over a pedestrian bridge to get to the main building which includes the restaurant and reception area. Walk is safe, mostly flat with sidewalks but runs parallel to busy street. Scenery is gorgeous!! One person in our party has mobility issues but managed it fine.

Staff very attentive and nothing any trouble. View from room spectacular. Walked across bridge over road into village of Sergio. Narrow alleyways, stone houses. Very old and historical with lots of character. A gem.

It’s away from train station so may need a taxi . It’s kind of hard to find one . Rooms are small and don’t have elevators so have to carry luggage on stairs. Hotel was clean and calm for good sleep .

The room was nice, but the hotel is very far from the Tirano train station. I also didn’t like the breakfast, and transportation is quite expensive. So for people who just want to stay one night and explore Tirano, I wouldn’t recommend it — it’s really hard to find a taxi, and getting around is not easy.

Excellent

I only stayed for one night whilst on a motorcycle tour through Europe, but I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The check in was smooth, the rooms are exceptional with a lot of airy space, air conditioning and a superb bathroom. The staff are super friendly, I speak hardly any Italian but they were very accommodating and spoke English. The food was excellent in the restaurant, and the breakfast was also very good. Add to that, Claudia in the dining room at breakfast just made me probably the best espresso I’ve ever had, she is a credit to the hotel. The American state theming of the rooms is genius, rooms are modern with plenty of power points, and USB sockets. I’d love to spend more time here, the only tiny issue is parking is limited, but it really is a gem of a hotel, with an amazing team of staff.

Bonito lugar con vistas sorprendente pero muy alejado, no es conveniente porque no hay nada cerca. Y tampoco está tan cerca de Tirano. El WIFI no me funcionó casi nunca, a pesar de wue me cambiaron de habitación. El personal fue siempre súper amable. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien.
