"Tiny room, not able to open 2 suitcases. Arrogant staff, overpriced beach services. Sun beds was made available fron 07.00-13.30 at 30 EUR and from 13.30-19.00 for 50 EUR. I.e. Not possible to rent for a day. Very few sun beds so this stay ay a mediocre hotel became very expensive. We were scammed in the restaurant, paid by card 120 EUR, after pin code they claimed that transaction did no go through, even though I showed it on the Mastercard app. Ended in a conflict, and I had to pay also...

"This one-year old, beautifully appointed property is first rate. Its location is on the shore across the bay from the ferry port in Serifos port town Kamari with gorgeous views of the town, mountains and sea. If you have a car and plan to explore Serifos this place is ideal. A nice parking lot with a space reserved for your suite. The suites themselves are perfectly designed and executed. The Junior Suite I occupied had a private plunge pool, private patio - both with great view plus sun and shade. The room had AC ( did not need), overhead fan, sliding door to pool, automated black out curtain, built in phone chargers, full kitchen, separate shower, separate toilet (with laundry), large TV and the right storage space. And the price was very competitive."

Smaragdi Hotel

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and had a comfortable bed and a great shower. Everything was very clean. We had our own seating area outside with a small pool to sit in, which was great to come back to after a long walk. Smaragdi is in Artemonas, away from the coast and right next to the main town of Apollonia. Both towns were lovely to have a wander through and there were enough restaurant nearby, although some were just opening up in May. You can walk to Apollonia in about 15 minutes. There is a lovely path through both towns and I would recommend using that as opposed to walking down the road, which we did the first time. There was a map of the area at the bus stop, showing a variety of short walks too. We choose a longer one that we found on Alltrails. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone there for a great stay. Breakfast, which we had included, was fantastic and very substantial. Highly recommend."

"This was a lovely property with their restaurant set right at the beach. It was a really delightful setting. The room was very clean and cool with a little patio area at the back. There was a place to hang a reasonable amount of washing. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant a couple of time. There was a tasty and extensive menu. The healthy breakfast bowls were amazing. I can also recommend the Greek salad and the marinated anchovies...delicious. We ate dinner there the first evening. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Our host, Frixos, was lovely. He was very welcoming and greeted us every time we left and returned, checking that everything was ok. He also followed us down to the port with our adaptor and both phone chargers that we'd left in the room!! The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the front where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. We did a couple of nice walks starting from Livadi. Serifos is a beautiful, peaceful island in early May. One tip...walking from the ferry to the hotel with cases is fairly easy as long as you find the back road round to it. Google maps took us up a long set of steps then back down...onto a beach. Very, very hard to walk along this with heavy cases. I strongly advise against this route!"

Ayuda en todo momento si quieres encontrar una playa cercana que hay tres muy lindas, taxi para ir a las villas o encontrar una masajista, estupendo, me voy agradecida y con ganas de volver."
