"I admit was my mistake make booking suppose stay on 10th to 12th June but wrong booked on 11th untill 13th. Drop a message to the Hotel and keep calling from morning till afternoon without respond. So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul.
