Guests have access to a spacious patio furnished with sofas, coffee tables, and two large dining tables that can accommodate up to 16 people in total, making it the ideal setting for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, and dinners with family and friends.

Apartment 1 – Ground Floor

The largest of the three apartments welcomes guests with a bright open-plan living area featuring a lounge and a kitchen with a peninsula. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a traditional Italian moka coffee maker.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is furnished with a King-size double bed and a wardrobe, whilst the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a practical built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available.

A true highlight of the apartment is the beautiful panoramic glass-enclosed veranda, furnished as an elegant lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Versilia at any time of day and throughout every season.

Apartment 2 – First Floor

Accessible via an external staircase, this cosy one-bedroom apartment features a small private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a small sofa.

The interior consists of a living area with a dining table for four, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, and moka coffee maker.
