"I saw some of the other reviews saying it was dirty and other stuff. Idk what the heck theyre talking about. Our room and the facility was spotless. Everything worked very well - from water pressure to paint to furniture to toilet flush and fan to thermostat, etc etc. The two young men at the front were great...competent and nice. I cant say enough nice thing about this place. We didnt eat breakfast there."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had to pay to park nightly and pay for breakfast, not free or included. Bed was comfortable."

"We did not have the best experience. We were informed once we arrived that the pool (one of the reasons why we chose the hotel) was closed. Pullout bed which was ridiculously uncomfortable did not have any sheets for it in the room. Breakfast area felt messy and they didn’t even offer water (was told I needed to purchase water from the pantry). Would choose to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Chattanooga."

"Mold in the bathroom, bloody towel. Manager extremely rude when bringing the amount of mold in shower to his attention and said zero refunds Or accommodations. Hallways stuck like mildew. When air kicked on in room it also smelled like mildew. "
