"I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room."

"The property was great, in general well maintained and clean. The only snag was that the front door handle fell off the first day & door could no longer be used. Not a big problem as there was another door.The location is excellent. Very much appreciated the enclosed garden as we had two dogs. All in all a great stay."

"Het zwembad oogt mooi maar kon niet worden gebruikt tenzij wij er 120 euro zouden voor betalen ( 2 adults en 2 kids). Het was immers niemand ( vand e gasten) geinteresseerd en dit enkel openen en opwarmen voor ons was toch moeilijk en duur. Wij sliepen onder het dak en het waren zeer warme dagen en dus ook zeer warme nachten. Er was geen afkoeling te inspecteren, de raamgordijen konden niet perfect worden afgesloten op de veluxramen. "Love this hotel and love the staff here more. This hotel was the one beacon of light after a long horrible night. After a long day of travel, we got stuck in this city due to a transportation mix up. We were lost, soaking wet, freezing cold in the middle of the night when we showed up here, and the night manager here saved my ass! He let us come in and warm up, and waited patiently while i tried to fix my flight plans for the morning. Then, in my exhausted state, i booked the room for the wrong night. The night man (Farook i think was his name) is an absolute saint of a man. He fixed my reservation, price matched the lower rate that i had for the wrong night, and even dragged a spare twin bed into the room so my brother had a place to sleep that wasnt the floor. God bless this man. The hotel is warm, comfy, has food and a microwave in the lobby and even little cookies in the lounge. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the shower is heavenly. Thank You!!!"
