"Great service from reception staff. Kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, nothing bad to say but a bit disappointing that they don't provide toothbrush and tooth paste. It was mentioned that the hotel aims to reduce waste for the environment yet there were paper cups in the bathroom instead of glasses, I thought that was ironic. Nonetheless, great location and great hotel. I am 100% returning. "

"If the hotel heads do not take pride in its rooms than why should its guests. Bucheon is such a charming city, it seems appropriate that its name sake hotel would be equally as charming. Sadly, Bucheon hotel has slipped into the category of love hotel, which makes sense if there's profit in it, but at least put the time and care in to address the multiple unidentified stains on all the surfaces and some of the bedding, update the furniture and the bedding, and descale the bathrooms so that lovers can actually enjoy the romance of what could be a very wonderful hotel experience. The lobby is stunning which adds to the confusion of the state of the rooms. With a little care this greatly named hotel could actually live up to its name!"

"Great hotel within less than ten minute walk to subway train station. The front desk was very helpful checking me in. They have free coffee, soda, and water downstairs near the front desk. That was really nice touch. The room is great for 2 people to stay in. Good shower and amenities. Very close to the train station and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. "
