I didn’t like that I waited half an hour for them to check me in. At first they said I didn’t have a reservation. So I showed them my confirmation. It still took them over half an hour to confirm and give the keys to my room. They didn’t acknowledge that I am a travel agent and show
some courtesy because I can send them many future clients.
I asked to change my keys because my roommate misplaced her key, they wanted 10000 KRW
I asked for an extra blanket they wanted KRW13000
They wouldn’t let us drink nor eat anything in the lobby if not ordered from the hotel.
The keys to the room is designated to your floor. We were a party of 12. We had 6 rooms in different floors. We could not go to each others’ rooms because we had no elevator access to other floors. They should have put all of us on the same floor if we cannot access other floors. My girlfriend needed medicine and i could not go down to give it to her. We both had to meet in the lobby. The elevators are messed up. U scan the key u press the floor it opens at a floor then will go up again even if u pressed lobby.
