Ms Julia Kim provided a lovely room as soon as she saw my grandson He loved it and we ended extending our stay for two more nights instead of moving to another hotel for our last lag of stay in Seoul.

5성급다운 호텔의 분위기와 서비스가 정말 좋았습니다. 물과 다른 부대 시설물을 잘 챙겨주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 다른 호텔에 비해서 물건을 놓을 곳이 조금 부족하다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 주변에 신세계 백화점이 있어서 쇼핑하고 음식을 살 곳이 많아서 좋았습니다. 8층에 커피와 빙수도 맛있었습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 대응도 바로 해주셔서 정말 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 감사합니다.

The service was extraordinary. The room was incredible, modern, convenient, nice size. The club lounge offered breakfast and a full dinner. The concierge service is out of this world. They take care of. the minimum detail. Better is impossible.
