The room was very tiny and crowded not like the photos shown. The temperature of the AC can’t be adjusted so the room was hot and humid. The facilities in the bathroom didn’t work very well.

Boilers and air conditioners are totally fine. If you don't know how to operate it, please contact the front desk.
Large bath towel is the only positive thing I could find about the place. Pay a little more and book a nicer hotel. The room smelled, there was a tiny window and we couldn't air out room. No lighting at the door and it was pitch black. It felt like more like a dungeon than a hotel room. The room did not look anything like the ones pictured on Expedia
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are rather run down, but overall comfortable and clean. The staff very nice! Public transportation is excellent, bus stops all around the building, metro station a 10 minute walk away.
I only stay here because it’s cheap and I need something for the night before my next air bnb accommodation. My most recent trip here was unpleasant. The lady who checked me in was rude and barely spoke English. When she have my bag back to me after I stored it before checking in she have it back to me while holding it with tissues like I was dirty and instead of handing it to me she set it in the floor. Are you serious? Then while I was checking in I set my bag on the counter for a moment to get something out and then she made a fuss about that multiple times. Now to my room. The room was ok minus the fact that there was a soda bottle collecting toilet water that was dripping from the back of the toilet. This made noise all day and night and made the room smell like sewage. The smell was so bad that even after closing the door the smell still seeped through. Why would you you let a guest stay in a room that needs repairs?

I apologize if I offended you.The bag wrapped in tissue was on the handle of your bag, so I think the customer misunderstood that we just gave it to you after wiping it with tissue. And there is an acrylic screen for COVID-19 prevention at the front desk, and I told you in case you feel uncomfortable because the screen shakes because you organize your bag in front of the screen above the front desk. I think there was a misunderstanding because of the lack of smooth communication, and I apologize again.
Staff was good but during our 5 days of stay no one comes to collect our garbage/ bin.No one change our bedding or neither our towels .Comfortable stay and convenient place near from train station and other stores and restaurants
Good location. Comfortable bed. Dirty/Old bathroom. Inconvenient electrical outlets.

Very good for the price, staff was friendly and helpful. New sheets, robes, and towels daily. Advertise laundry, but non is available. Had to user out coin laundry elsewhere in the area.

The hotel rooms were cozily furnished and the equipment covered all you need - even free welcoming drinks! The beds were very comfortable and we had a very good rest. Bathroom was great. The lobby was rather small but who cares about that. Breakfast was quite interesting: you get a ready-meal from a 7-11 delivered to your room.
Will stay there again.
The stay here was great! It was a last-minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend this stay for anyone. Great location as well!
I liked the size of the room for the price we payed for it. I did have a night where the ac wasn’t working and couldn’t sleep because of that.
