I really like this hotel very clean and close to everything. We have a 22 hrs of layover and this is the perfect hotel to stay. The bus going to hotel and going back to the airport is around the corner..The front desk people are very nice and helpful.

Tiny room but had everything we needed. Very clean. Right in the middle of the tourist area with everything nearby. Coin laundry in the basement, quite convenient.

The hotel location is in a convenient area to explore and enjoy the Myeongdong streets. The multitude of shopping during the day and the variety food stalls at night make this a fun area to explore. The hotel itself is comfortable with nice amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from storing luggage before check-in and after check-out to helpful local guidance. Overall a great hotel stay!

The rooms have no storage for luggage...it's too cramped. One needs too walk over the other person to reach the bed

The elevator is the only one, kinda annoyance. Only available elevator in the Skypark Ii for 1 to 10 floors, and the system is kinda suck with up and down.

I have been to Seoul since 2017 except during Covid, but this is the smallest, tightest bedroom I had, the bed is too large for a small room, please ensure some space to pack or even to open a luggage, it can't be on top of the bed if people are sleeping. The only space we have is the 2x2 feet from the toilet to the bed. I was really looking forward to your hotel because it's the only one I haven't been to in Myeongdong as I have to a lot of hotels around that area, but this room was the tightest, almost no space to move around, it disappointed me big time. Please change the bed into a double bed or a bunk bed to give way to more space to move around or open a luggage and be able to pack. The rest I know the area very well so I am satisfied with the other services , felt safe because only those with keys can come into the hotel.

Great economical hotel. All the essentials. Close to everything. Only problem was limited outlets for 3 girls and having to charge their phones. Other than that no complaints.

This was an excellent choice for our stay. The room was updated and was cleaned daily with new and fresh towels and linens each day. The staff was well organized. The location was convenient to train and buses, food and shopping. Price was a little high but it was worth it. It made me love Korea more.

I travel to Seoul at least once a month and have stayed in many different hotels in Myeongdong. This has to be one of the worst hotels of them all. Only one elevator so you'll always be waiting at least 5 mins even to go up one floor. Refrigerator is so small it's completely useless. The worst part was the customer service, we had a leaking toilet that always flooded our bathroom. After multiple complaints and being told it was fixed it never was. I ended up just using towels to soak up the leak.....stay somewhere else...trust me.

The room is small but clean and well kept. Location is downtown, so it is walking distance to city hall, royal palaces, and other historical spots. Bus stop and subway station only a few meters away!

The property was an unexpected benefit for the first hotel on our trip. I was close to everything. Even though the room was a little small it was very comfortable and relaxing after spending the day out and about the area.

All good but poor soundproofing from outside. I usually wake up when next room set alarm clock ㅠㅠ, it's the only things that not ok.

Tiny room with zero luggage space and a tiny window that opens to a wall. Zero cool air to regulate the heating system. Even when you turn it off. It is just sauna like making it impossible to sleep.

This hotel is very convenient location in Myeongdong. The airport bus number 6015 stop is 5 minutes walk to the hotel (the Loyal hotel stop) I enjoyed my stay here.. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is clean with no funny smells like my previous hotel I stayed:) and a lots of restaurants and late night restaurants around. the hotel is within walking distance to Namdaemun market, Lotte duty free , Insadong, Jogyesa temple and more..

Location is great. Near to MTR and shopping area. Toilet wasn't clean when check in on the first day. There is also an odd light near the door that flickers on and off and doesn't seem to be connected to the switch.
